Whether you are trying to find clarity as you move forward in your professional career, trying to figure out what is needed to put your vision into action, working to identify blind spots or areas for growth, or just need someone to help hold you accountable, my professional coaching can help you.
How can I help you engineer success?
Speaking engagements are just one way to coach. Working with teams in a corporate or business setting, at your church or school, or speaking to groups, I can help you and your team achieve greater results, faster. In fact, according to an ICF and HCI study, 60% of respondents from organizations with strong coaching cultures report their revenue to be above average, compared to their peer group.
How can I work with you and your team to deliver results, increase accountability, and engineer success in your organization?
“ Hank helped me gain clarity in what I would do as my wife and I begin our life together. Without his help, I would still be caught in analysis paralysis. ”
I am blessed to be married to my best friend, and have two wonderful sons. I am also blessed to have been able to learn from a multitude of mistakes, and have had their amazing love and support the entire time.
Yes, I am not perfect. I used to think I had to be. Being a dad scared the hell out of me. My dad passed away in 2004, and I did not learn as much as I could have from him. I did learn it was OK to ask for help, so I looked for help. I was lucky to have a couple of great friends who helped me, and they are my buddies... I needed a coach.
I began reading, voraciously. I read works by Carnegie, Dobson, Willink and Babin, Avery, Covey, Castillo, etc. I learned I can coach myself, and that helped tremendously. I decided I wanted to help others get the same peace in their life that I was able to find. To share that, just like me, they had a choice to how each responded. That while one may not be able to control everything around them, one can choose how to respond. That no matter how busy one chooses to be, frantic is not a requirement.
I love coaching; coaching people, coaching baseball, coaching athletes to get and stay healthy. I love helping people, achieve the same success and joy that I have in my life.
I am blessed to help dads like me become the best versions of themselves.
