Anyone who has followed me at all knows I believe that one’s Thoughts determine one’s Results. I believe that having an “attitude of gratitude” is a key part of a healthy mind; after all, if one is giving thanks, it is hard to allow one’s mind to wander to negative self-talk.
I also believe that the two most critical parts of a day are the start and the end. In having an Intention to take Responsibility for my life, it is important to understand those things I intend to do each day. As a result, for me, I see the best results when I spend at least 30 minutes a day in quiet time.
What does this look like? Glad you asked. Something like this:
5:45 a.m. – Wake up
5:50 a.m. – Isagenix Vitamins (a.m. pack)
6:00 a.m. – Ionix Supreme
6:00 a.m. – Spend 15 minutes writing down those things for which I am thankful, reviewing the plan for the day, and spending time with God (I use Abide and YouVersion).
Then, in the evening, it looks something like:
9:45 p.m. – Brush teeth / Isagenix Vitamins (p.m. pack) / Isaflush
9:45 p.m – Review my day, including key accomplishments
9:55 p.m. – Write out my plan for the next day (schedule, daily “Big Three” items to get done, and my food protocol for the next day)
10:00 p.m. – Prayers and lights out
That’s it… a great way to start and the day, to Control my Thoughts, and help drive Results I want.
